The weather here in Destin has been amazing lately! Sunny, mid-80s and not super humid. Plus it’s nice that the tourists haven’t arrived yet so the beaches aren’t crazy crowded. Last weekend Rob and I spent some relaxing time in the sun and used the pool in our neighborhood for the first time. I don’t know why it took us almost 9 months to check it out (well I guess winter was too cold), but you can bet I’ll be there a lot this summer! I enjoy listening to podcasts while soaking up some sun and dipping in the pool to cool off. We also met some friends at the beach Sunday afternoon and the water was gorgeous! Rob says I’m like a tourist every time we go to the beach because I am constantly in awe of how beautiful it is. Like seriously, how is this my home?! I have never been much of a hat person, but living by the beach has changed that. A floppy hat is a must-have and my collection is quickly growing! This “resting beach face” sun hat (c/o Wikibuy) is so cute and fits perfectly. I hate when hats are too loose and fly off your head with the smallest breeze. Plus it’s under $20!
