Rob and I don’t go out for brunch very often, but while my parents were in town we tried Hearthstone. I ordered the salted caramel French toast, which was more like a sticky bun topped with blackberry jam. It wasn’t what I was expecting, but it was so tasty and unlike anything I’ve had before (plus it was so pretty!). In addition to the food, I really love the eclectic décor. They have gorgeous patterned chairs, colorful tiled flooring and rustic wood tables.
For a casual Sunday morning of brunching and shopping, I wore some skinny jeans and booties, then paired it with an easy, comfy T-shirt (which is under $10 and so soft!). I finished the look with a Lo & Sons camera bag that I got for Christmas. I love that it holds my DSLR camera and a second lens without looking like I’m lugging it around like a tourist.
