I tend to crave chocolate after every meal—even if it’s just a tiny piece of dark chocolate or a handful of semi-sweet chocolate chips. That’s why this martini is the perfect after-dinner drink. It combines three of my favorite flavors: chocolate, hazelnut and coffee. I was intrigued by this Pearl vodka flavor because it sounded like the alcohol version of Nutella! It adds a delicious flavor to the classic chocolate martini or could be mixed with coffee and used to make affogato! I might also try adding it to hot chocolate—how good would that be after a day of snow and skiing? Below is the cocktail recipe I’ll be serving this holiday season!
Chocolate Hazelnut Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 1 oz. creme de cacao
- 1 oz. Pearl Chocolate Hazelnut Vodka
- 3 oz. iced coffee
- 1 oz. half and half
- Prepare martini glass by lining the rim with chocolate sauce and dipping it into cocoa powder. Then make a flower shape with the chocolate sauce inside the glass.
- Fill a shaker half way with ice, then add creme de cacao, vodka and coffee. Shake for a few seconds, then add half and half. Stir until combined and strain into martini glass. Enjoy!
Oh my goodness how delicious does this look!?!?! I have got to try this recipe out!

Probably! You would just need to add some kind of hazelnut syrup/extract since that flavor comes from the vodka.
Ooo does this look tasty! I will have to give these a try this holiday season! Thank you for sharing and have a wonderful day!
