It’s no surprise that trends come and go and choker necklaces are making a major comeback. As a ’90s kid I sported these black tattoo stretch chokers and I remember making our own bandana choker necklaces, too. The styles that are in stores now have a more modern, grownup look, but they are still reminiscent of this nostalgic trend.
