Ugh waking up on Monday morning is no fun. Some avocado toast, a cup of coffee and fresh flowers should make it better though!Β I love finding cute coffee shops (like these in Las Vegas), so while we were visiting San Diego I obviously looked up the trendy places to get your caffeine fix. Communal Coffee caught my eye because of the well designed atmosphere and their collaboration with a floral design company called Native Poppy. Such a brilliant combination! I love that you can getΒ craft coffee andΒ shop the gorgeous flower arrangements or gift items at the same time. I ordered the vanilla rose latte, which was delicious! Their avocado toastΒ was amazing, too. This is embarrassing, but as I was taking a bite of the toast, part of the egg fell off and splashed into my coffee (face palm…). Good thing I was almost done with the drink because that is not a combo I suggest trying haha. After the coffee shop we walked around the North Park neighborhoodΒ and checked out some of the breweries and restaurants that are nearby (you can see more of my favorite places to eat in drink in this post). Since it was just a casual afternoon with a lot of walking I wore my tassel mules, jeans and a cami/cardigan combo. This camisole was a bit of an investment from Aritiza, but it’s such a classic and versatile piece. They no longer have this pattern but all of the solid colors would be a staple for any closet. Below are more details from this outfit:
