Date Night at Tivoli Village

MADE L.V. had been on my to-try list for a while now, so when Rob suggested we go out for dinner last weekend I knew exactly where we should go. With our OpenTable reservation made, the only thing left to decide on was a date night outfit. MADE L.V. is kind of an upscale pub or tavern, so a somewhat causal look was appropriate. I decided to wear this black lace romper and top it off with an olive-colored vest and studded shoes, which was dressy, yet not overdone—and was stretchy enough for the big meal we were going to consume :)

I had high expectations because the restaurant has the same owner as one of my favorite Vegas eateries, Honey Salt. We started with the bacon and cheddar biscuits that are served with an AMAZING butter (honey flavored and sprinkled with sea salt). Then we tried the dirty mac and cheese which, which is made with pork ends, peas and Ritz cracker crumbs—SO GOOD! I ordered the pulled pork BBQ sandwich for dinner and Rob went with the border burger. Both were very tasty! I wish we had saved room for dessert because the doughnut holes and s’mores both sound delicious. We will definitely be back—I still want to try the black truffle cheese fondue! Plus it was so easy to make our reservation on OpenTable and were seated without any wait.
