I’m normally a cookies-from-scratch kind of girl, but I couldn’t pass up this Betty Crocker mix for doughnut cookies. They are just so cute and pink! You make the dough as usual by adding butter and an egg, then you roll a tablespoon of dough into a 6-inch rope that is about 1/4 inches thick. Place it on the cookie sheet in the form of a ring and pinch the ends together. After they have baked and cooled, frost, sprinkle and enjoy!
