I hope everyone had a happy Valentine’s Day weekend! My parents were in town so we pretty much ate our way through Vegas. One of the restaurants we always take out of town guests to is Carson Kitchen. Rob and I have tried about 90% of the menu and everything is amazing, especially the bacon jam, crispy chicken skins with smoked honey, and cocoa-espresso NY strip steak. Plus they update the menu seasonally, so we usually have something new to try every visit! The rustic, yet modern décor with exposed beams and a rooftop dining area make for a cool, casual atmosphere. We dressed up a bit since we were going to see a show on the Strip after dinner. I wore my favorite high-rise skinny jeans with a chiffon tank and light jacket. To add some glam I topped it off with a sparkly necklace and some fancy flats.
