Now that May has arrived, it’s time to plan out those Mother’s Day gifts if you haven’t already! I’m not a mom or even a dog mom yet, so for me Mother’s Day is all about celebrating my mom and mother-in-law. And since both of them live far away this usually just means mailing a card or gift.Β My mom always says she doesn’t need anything and thatΒ a card is plenty. She is super picky, soΒ I usually give her some dark chocolate and a thoughtful card unless there’s something thatΒ I know she’ll love! I’ve learned over the years to not even waste my time looking for clothes, so I tend to stick with home decor or kitchen items. I got my love of baking from her, so cute cookbooks or cooking utensils always make a cute gift. She also passed downΒ her worry wart tendencies, so I think thisΒ doormat that says “The Neighbors Have Better Stuff” would be aΒ fitting gift. On the other hand, my mother-in-law is pretty easy to shop for. She loves bath goodies, like lotions, bath bombs and sugar scrubs (I think the gelato scrub below is so cute!). Nice teas and chocolates always make good gifts for her, too. Below are some more Mother’s Day gifts that are all under $50. Just click the item for details!
