To be comfortable, yet look put together on the weekends I love wearing fashionable leggings. Gone are the days when solid black was your only option. This season, leggings are adorned with unique details, such as leather panels or quilted textures, and come in a variety of pretty prints. One of my pet peeves is when people wear leggings with a top that doesn’t cover their derrière. Leggings are not pants! That being said, I was so happy to find the perfect high-low tunic to wear with them at the Nordstrom sale this summer. It’s long enough in the back and the front, plus white goes with everything. Here is how I styled this go-to top with three different pairs of leggings and booties.

To keep the leggings as the focal point, I paired them with some neutral booties that blend in with the color and topped off the look with a casual denim jacket. Leopard has to be worn right, otherwise it can look trashy. Keeping it conservative and minimal is key.

To add a fun pattern to the otherwise solid-colored outfit, I paired it with my favorite booties that have a tasteful touch of leopard.
