Last weekend was the Christmas party for Rob’s squadron, which was really fun and festive! It was at a banquet hall here in Las Vegas with great food, open bar, games and raffles (we won wine and See’s chocolate!). It was fun to dress up and mingle with his coworkers and their spouses. We rarely have formal events to attend, so I was excited to wear this jacquard fit and flare frock again (I last wore it to my cousin’s NYE wedding). It has somewhat of a metallic sheen and the pearls around the neckline add a dressy touch. I bought these nude and gold heels specifically to go with this dress, but they also turned out to be the shoes I wore for our wedding! They are comfy, the perfect height and have just the right amount of sparkle!
