I love feminine styles like lace, bows and ruffles, and I think pretty pleats fit into this category, too. Whether it’s a midi skirt or the trim on a simple sweater, it instantly adds some style. A lot of these pleated pieces come in Pantone’s colors of the year: Serenity and Rose Quartz. Both of these pastel hues fit perfectly with this girly trend. The blush skirt especially catches my eye! It would be so cute with a white lace T-shirt, jean jacket and cognac sandals for summer. You can also dress pleats up or down. The ivory blouse below would look perfect with some skinny dress pants and heels, while the pleated sweater would look cute with boyfriend jeans and tennis shoes. I think we will be seeing a lot of these styles this spring!
