Happy National Wine Day! Instead of just celebrating with a regular glass (or three…) why not mix it up with some wine popsicles?! Or winesicles as I like to call them. They are really easy to make as long as you have a popsicle mold and only take a few ingredients. You also don’t need to follow this recipe religiously, try mixing in your favorite fruit or juices to create personalized winesicles! They are delicious by themselves or you could serve them in a wine glass filled with rosé! These would be perfect treats for a Memorial Day party or any outdoor get-together this summer. It’s been really hot here in Las Vegas already, so most of the treats I’ve made lately have involved popsicles or ice cream. I’m not excited for our sizzling summer to arrive, but my parents were visiting from Seattle earlier this week and loved the 100 degree temperatures! They have come here so many times now that we don’t do any of the touristy things—we usually just eat and shop. We had a delicious dinner at Chica inside the Venetian, which has only been open for about a week. The Latin-inspired dishes were so unique and flavorful! The grilled corn lollipops were one of my favorite menu items. We also enjoyed breakfast by the pool at Bellagio, which is also delicious and relaxing. The beautiful hotels will definitely be one thing I miss about Vegas when we move. Hope you all have a fun and safe Memorial Day Weekend! Cheers :)

Servings |
12 popsicles
|
- 1/2 bottle Rosé
- 1 cup raspberry lemonade
- 1 nectarine
- 1 white peach
- 4 medium-sized strawberries
Ingredients

|
- In a pitcher or blender, combine the rosé and raspberry lemonade.
- Cut the nectarine, white peach and strawberries into small cubes or slices. Add to the rosé mixture and stir. Pour into popsicle molds. Make sure to evenly distribute the fruit. I plopped some of the pieces of fruit into the popsicle molds by hand because they were all hanging out at the bottom of the pitcher.
- Place in refrigerator and freeze for at least 3 hours. Enjoy as a regular popsicle or place them in a wine glass with some rosé. Cheers!
