These rose lemonades initially caught my eye because of the pretty pink color. How cute would they be displayed on a bar cart?! Then I looked closer and realized they were ROSE flavored lemonade. I was sold. I wanted to make a cocktail that complemented this flavor and didn’t want to add anything that would overpower it. Since the “her” drink at our wedding was pink lemonade with lemon rum, I decided to make something similar with the leftover alcohol. I combined the Fentiman’s rose lemonade with Bacardi limon to make this simple concoction. It makes for a very refreshing summer sipper.
Rose Lemonade Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 bottle rose lemonade
- 1 ½ oz. lemon rum
- splash of lemon juice
- lemon slice to garnish
In a glass with ice, add the rose lemonade and rum. Mix until combined and top with a splash of lemon juice. Garnish with lemon slice and serve.
