Seattle Summer Style

While visiting Seattle, I wanted to make sure we had at least one fun night out on the town. I knew our trip was going to be hectic with pre-wedding festivities, so I planned a downtown date night to give ourselves a little break. After dinner with some friends, Rob and I walked around Pike Place Market and the waterfront. The sunset was gorgeous and it was so fun to see some water for a change! It was tough dressing for Seattle since I’m used to the Vegas heat. I kind of forgot what 75 degrees feels like. While I was packing I focused on neutral layering pieces that would work for cooler and warmer temperatures. This black dress can be dressed up or down and I chose to go with a more casual look by pairing it with a denim jacket and booties. I was so excited to wear booties since it’s too hot for that here in the desert!
