Cheyenne, Wyoming isn’t exactly a place where I would picture trendy bars with craft cocktails, but Suite 1901 proved me wrong. We went there while visiting Rob’s brother and sister-in-law last year and I was so impressed by their unique drinks! We ordered one that used Skittles-infused vodka, which I thought would be fun to replicate. I combined the red and purple Skittles to create a red-colored berry flavor. Then we combined it with puréed strawberries and homemade lemonade for a refreshing, summer cocktail. I used this tutorial to create the fruity vodka. Cheers!
