Sweaters probably aren’t the first things that come to mind when you think summer fashion. However, I find that a lightweight cardigan is a must to survive the frigid air-conditioned buildings during these hot months. This classic cardigan was a sale find at Madewell and I’ve definitely gotten my money’s worth out of it so far! It’s perfect for layering over a sleeveless dress for work or it can be tossed on over a simple tank with denim shorts on the weekend. I’m also excited to wear it in the fall with skinny jeans, a simple white tee and heeled booties. Now that the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is nearing (early access starts tomorrow!!!), I’ve kind of put summer behind me when it comes to shopping.
