Top 10 Spring Trends

Instead of sharing one specific style for my weekly Tuesday Trends post, I thought it would be fun to highlight 10 styles that are musts for the current season. There are certain pieces that are continually on trend (stripes, gingham, rompers, pastels, white dresses, etc.), but these pieces seem more specific to Spring 2016. You can shop the pieces by clicking on the images or they are listed below. What are some styles that you can’t wait to sport this spring?

{1} Slipdress. This lingerie-inspired dress is transformed for daytime wear this season. I love the pink and palm print on this feminine frock!

{2} Bell Sleeves. As you might remember from this post, I’m a big fan of this trend! It adds a fun boho vibe to otherwise basic pieces.

{3} High-Neck Bikini Tops. This conservative top is ultra chic. If only I had the abs to pull it off!

{4} Denim skirts. At first this trend just reminded me of the Abercrombie and Fitch mini skirts I would wear in high school, but an A-line, button-front style makes it look much more modern and mature.

{5} Tassels. Tassels are on everything this season: backpacks, shoes, swim coverups, sweaters, boho tops and more. I love the subtle trim on this sweater.

{6} Square Silk Scarves. It doesn’t need to be cold to sport a scarf! This smaller style is perfect for adding some flair without making you sweat.

{7} Sporty White Sneakers. I’ve seen a lot of fashionistas wearing white tennis shoes with skirts for a sporty look. The casual footwear is a fun way to dress down a midi, mini or maxi skirt.

{8} Denim Accessories. This fabric is no longer just for pants, shorts and skirts. These denim block heels are perfect to pair with spring sundresses!

{9} Chokers. The ’90s are making a comeback, but this layered piece gives it a modern twist.

{10} Off the Shoulder or Cold Shoulder Tops/Dresses/Rompers. I’ve sported this trend a couple of times (seen here and here). It makes for a subtle, sexy look that is perfect for spring and summer!
