While Rob and I were in San Diego last week I really wanted to stop by one of the beaches. We were staying downtown right by the harbor, so we saw plenty of water but there’s something magical about seeing the point where the sky meets the sea. Having lived in the desert for almost four years now, I really appreciate this change of scenery. As we drove up to Stone Brewing we decided to make a pitstop in La Jolla. It was super sunny downtown when we headed out, but as we reached the shoreline we got into a thick pocket of fog. I was bummed that we couldn’t see the blue sparkly water, but it was still nice to breathe in that fresh salty air! And it ended looking pretty cool in the photos. For our casual day of exploring the city I stuck with this white and blush outfit. We did a lot of walking while we were in San Diego, so stylish sneakers were a must! I lived in this rose gold pair (also seen in this post) and my Adidas Superstars. I’ll be sharing more photos from our trip in upcoming posts so stay tuned!
