One holiday treat that I didn’t get enough of is white chocolate covered pretzels. This was the first year my mom didn’t buy a tin of the snowflake pretzels from Crate & Barrel and I didn’t realize how much I missed them until now! I was craving the sweet and salty snack, so I decided to make some myself. For a festive Valentine’s Day treat, top them with pink and red sprinkles!
White Chocolate Covered Pretzels
Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz) bag of white chocolate chips
- 1 medium-sized bag of mini pretzels
- sprinkles, if desired
Directions
- Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler. {See my post with tips on melting white chocolate since it can be a little tricky}
- Dip half of the pretzel in melted chocolate. Shake it off so that it doesn’t fill the holes. Place on cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Top with sprinkles if desired.
- Once all pretzels have been coated, place in refrigerator to fully harden for about 30 minutes. Enjoy!
