Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until combined. Place in refrigerator for 30 – 45 minutes, until it's not as gooey.
Use a cookie scoop or your hands to form 1" balls. Place in a large Ziploc bag or on a baking sheet and freeze until set, about 1 hour. I like to store mine in the freezer and take one out to thaw a few minutes before eating.
