Floral patterns aren’t just for spring and summer; they can easily be transitioned into your fall wardrobe by adding a few seasonal pieces. I’ve had this floral skirt for years and actually end up wearing it more in the winter (with chunky sweaters) than I do in the warmer months. To give it a touch of fall, I paired it with some booties and a knit cardigan. The burgundy color ties in with the darker hues of the skirt and adds a touch of autumn. I wore a sleeveless button-up shirt underneath because it can still get really warm here in September.
and whoever said florals are limited to summer only?!? gorgeous skirt! i also do love wearing florals during fall, those opulent cabbage roses and exotic lush orchids. perfect for fall :D
