While I was researching things to do and see in Napa, I came across the Love Lock Bridge. It seemed kind of cheesy, but also a fun thing to do since it was our honeymoon. There’s a small pedestrian bridge that connects the Napa Valley Wine train to the Wine Train’s boarding platform where lovers can attach their decorated padlock as a symbol of locking their souls together. Then you can toss the key over the bridge or save it as a keepsake (we chose to throw it). To personalize our lock, I used some tacky glue and gold glitter to add a heart and our initials. It was a fun, sentimental thing to do and I loved looking at all of the other locks, too. There was even a marriage proposal on one!
