Chokers aren’t the only ‘90s trend making a comeback—velvet is everywhere this fall! I remember my sister and I had matching black velvet overalls back in elementary school that we wore with Christmas-themed turtlenecks around the holidays. Velvet is a fun material to mix with other textures, like sleek faux-leather leggings or a sequined pencil skirt (hello, holiday parties!).
