When it comes to classic holiday treats, gingerbread cookies are one of my least favorites. I don’t know why because I love the flavor so maybe it’s something about the texture. And gingerbread houses just seem too difficult to make. Instead, I tried these gingerbread cupcakes from Sally’s Baking Addiction and they were delicious! They’re moist, flavorful and topped with cream cheese frosting. Even though this isn’t a recipe I developed personally, I still wanted to share these cupcakes with you because I think you guys would really enjoy them! Plus I love how the photos turned out ;) how cute are the snowflake baking cups I found at Homegoods?! They are like a Christmas sweater for your carbs.
