For a mini honeymoon (our real one is a cruise in February), Rob and I stopped in Napa on our drive home. We only spent two nights there, so we didn’t have enough time to see all of the wineries on my list, but we definitely made each minute count! Our first stop was Castello di Amorosa where we took a tour of the castle-themed winery and enjoyed a delicious wine tasting (with one sample straight from the barrel!). It was fun to hear how the wine is made and about the winery’s history, plus the building and vineyard were beautiful! Our next stop was Robert Mondavi Winery. We had some wine from there at our wedding, so we figured it was fitting to see where it came from. We didn’t take a tour, but the grounds were gorgeous! Another trip to Napa is definitely in order because there are many wineries we drove past that I would love to explore!
