What are your go-to garnishes for holiday treats?
Crushed candy canes, a dash of cinnamon and chocolate shavings. Honestly, I don’t decorate our items with random things unless they’re actually an ingredient IN the item. For instance, we only use candy canes if the item is flavored with peppermint, or top with pecans for our pumpkin maple spice cupcakes.

What are your favorite items to bake for holiday parties?
If you’re talking about parties I’m attending, chances are I’ve been working all day and I will be bringing wine or Champagne! For corporate holiday parties, brownies topped with white chocolate peppermint ganache and crushed candy canes are at the top of the list.

What are your tips for creating a holiday dessert station?
Use a variety of different shapes, sizes, and heights of platters. Add pops of color with fresh floral arrangements. Focus on flavors, not necessarily looks. You can make simple, but delicious cookies look gorgeous just by lining them up properly on the platter instead of piling them up on top of one another.

Which of your tasty treats make the best gifts?
Our signature gemmes! They’re like gourmet Twix, only tastier! They have a shortbread bottom, chewy salty caramel and are dipped in tempered milk or dark chocolate. We also offer beautifully packaged chocolates, toffee and chocolate or caramel sauce in cute mason jars.
